"What are you going to be for Halloween?"

Looking for inspiration for your Halloween costume this year or a fun new intervention? Use this silly song by Matthew Gray Gubler - "What Are You Going to Be for Halloween?"

^^^^Scan the code in the Spotify App (Click "Search", then select the camera icon in the top righthand of the screen, hover over the vertical lines above)

Goal Areas:

  • Social engagement - clients can share what they plan to dress up as or a favorite costume from a previous year

  • Reality Orientation - Brings awareness to the time of year and imagery we associate with Halloween

  • Promote physical movement - This song has a solid beat for stomping, clapping, playing instruments, etc!

  • There are also some clear movement cues given in the lyrics - stomp, shake, wiggle, run, walk

    • You could even ask clients to act out each new spooky character with a different action for an added cognitive challenge!
